自己做.冬麥糖漬果皮鬆餅

今年的母親節做給媽媽吃的,其實真的太簡單也不知道寫甚麼好,Muffin mix 是用在烘焙店買的預拌 Muffin Mix 做,不過好像太甜了一點,下次我會試一下自己量粉,減少糖的份量。果皮(亦即橙皮) 除了用作裝飾,也可令鬆餅帶有橙香。至於阿媽的 comment 是:「好吃到可以拿出去賣。」哇哈哈~

冬麥糖漬果皮鬆餅 (約可做 9-10 件正常 size 的鬆餅)

材料:
1) 冬麥 (Spelt) 鬆餅粉,250g
2) 雞蛋 2 大隻
3) 牛奶 40g
4) 菜油 (Vegetable oil) 45g
5) 四色糖漬果皮適量 (烘焙店有售,我有時悶起上來會拿出來偷吃作零嘴......)

做法:
1) 焗爐先預熱 200 度。
2) 材料 1-4 先倒在大海碗用蛋糕刮刀拌 1 分鐘。
3) 再用電動打蛋器慢速拌 5 分鐘。
4) 把 (3) 平均倒進蛋糕紙模,約 2/3 滿即可。
5) 再撒上適量的糖漬果皮作裝飾。
6) 焗 10-15 分鐘即可,用長竹籤刺到底,沒有沾到蛋糕漿則表示已熟可出爐了。

另外想推介一下這個最近買到超讚的寶貝!在吉之島 $10 店找到的好東西,錫紙 (鋁箔紙) 鬆餅焗盤!只是 HKD$10!!小心一點不沾汙可以無限次使用,沾汙了也只是扔掉就行,不用洗,懶人福音。

溫馨提示:緊記鬆餅待涼了才可以入袋啊!包裝紙袋也是在吉之島 $10 店買到的好東西,小花是用前陣子去 Issey Miyake 的香水發佈會 (相關舊文) 留下來的手花改裝。

另外有非常重要的問題一問,希望有識之士能幫忙解答。話說媽媽的腰骨最近有點事常常疼痛 (近「尾龍」位置),看過醫生說是因為退化 (媽媽今年 51 歲)。西醫沒有吃療,但說游泳可有助改善,暫時也盡量不要做蹲下或彎腰的動作。

後來媽媽在萬寧藥房部買下上圖這種西藥,澳洲進口的服他輕 (Voltaflex),還一次過買了兩盒,共銀約 HKD$500。我看過成份說是每粒含 750mg 的鹽酸葡萄糖胺 (Glucosamine Hydrochloride),葡萄糖胺 (Glucosamine) 純度達 83%,即每粒含約 625mg 的葡萄糖胺。說明書寫此藥可以幫助重組損壞了的軟骨組織;防止因骨關節炎所引起的軟骨退化及有消炎作用。

問題:看過西醫後媽媽本來的腰骨痛楚已稍減,於上月 21 號服過一顆藥片之後,骨痛一直不散反而變相加劇,是痛到起床都要用柺仗輔助。想知是否此藥令其痛楚惡化呢?藥片亦已停止服用。也想問各位家裡的長輩會否都曾經有這類痛症?有沒有甚麼食療可治?

...不過就無腰痛
佢近半年都有食GLUCOSAMINE....
我倒無問過有無用....
佢只係話 一把年紀既女人要食WOR

如果好多年可能都已經勞損左
媽媽(同我都)覺得睇西醫一係比藥你食/涂..
係可以止痛既....但係其實無咩用

好慢咁好緊....
不過真係有料既人得好少

建議既話 :
去書局搵下D關於拉筋既書(NOT YOGA)
媽媽而家學緊個本叫 拉筋醫百病..之類
日日拉既話係有用既
不過呢D病痛係要好慢先會好
(我媽醫左有較既半年先好左3成)
如果你媽媽無恆心既/你迫唔到佢日日做既
作用一定不大
可能食止痛藥仲無咁辛苦= =

呢样無得急嫁! 我媽咪之前都係腰骨痛, 之后去針灸+中醫, 好好多.. 不過都幾貴..2千幾一個月,仲要係睇一排(3個月一個療程).

如果是軟骨磨損,是不能根治的,看針灸可減輕痛症,但要長期做才有用。因為關節間容易發炎,所以也要戒吃酸辣。

I live in Sydney - Glucosamine is a very common readily available off the shelf medicine, a little bit like vitamins. It certainly is VERY good for 軟骨組織, joint pain etc. Many people use it, in fact we buy a lot for friends and family in HK because it's very good and cheap here - I don't think your mum's pain has anything to do with the drug?! Most people's conditions improve.....never heard of the other way?

家里多位長輩都有不同程度的腰痛和關節痛,都有服食Blackmores 的glucosamine去減緩關節磨損,聽說都有好轉。以前有試過其它牌子的glucosamine(我們在Sydney),我爸爸都覺得Blackmore有效D。可以試下啊

葡萄糖胺 is a supplement and one can only see the effect by taking it long-term. Not much side-effect though.

腰骨痛 is common for female who had children. Has your mom check the bone density? The pain may also due to bad posture and dislocation of bone. My mother, myself and my friends had back/arm pain and were cured after visit a good Chinese bone-setter (registered Chinese Doctor). We can feel much better after first visit but the curing process is quite painful.

我是一直有游水的。
運動來說,游水應該是最好的。因為水有浮力,我們用的力相對較少,對磨損的部份都不會造成壓力,而且是全身運動,也不是太heavy,有一定的舒緩作用的。
好像我有時(發神經走去)跑步完,或是high heels走得多,腳痛得死,我游一晚水就好了,真的沒有誇張。如果沒有游,就會持續痛三、四天。而我腰骨都一直沒有痛過。
之前看都市閒情都有醫生說過,游水對腰骨啊、關節那些是好有幫助的。
好像人家的水療也是這關係吧。(我亂說的不知是不是: s)
不管怎樣,游水對身體是很有好處的。

素顏, 建議你媽媽去看專科和做物理治療, 治標又治本, 不過能要長少少時間. 我家人弄傷肩手都是這樣好起來的. 始終自己吃成藥都有風險. 希望你媽媽早日康復 =D

對不起,對這我沒有實際經驗。但glucosamine這類藥是針對活動關節的,例如膝頭/手掙/手指。脊骨好像不屬這一類吧。無論如何,當你媽媽,或任何人,作自我治療而情況轉壞的話,就只能去看醫生了,還是盡快再去看醫生吧。(所以醫生很發!)我是不是講了等於無講呢? sonrisa

Hey plainface, I haven't been leaving messages in a long while but I saw your post and thought that you might want to know more about glucosamines. First of all I have to clarify that I'm a final year medical student but I'm confident that I can answer the queries you mentioned.

Glucosamines are what the soft tissues (cartilage) in the joints contains, so theoretically the aim of taking glucosamines is to replace the loss in the cartilage, which is what happens when your joints degenerate. They are dietary supplements instead of "medicine" to be strictly speaking. Therefore they will not worsen the joint pain.

According to research studies for knee degeneration, glucosamines alone are not useful in improving joint pain in joint degeneration. Painkillers are much more effective in this aspect. Of course, they carry a significant risk of side effects but the better painkillers, e.g. celecoxib, are useful and you can ask your family doctor.

Someone mentioned physiotherapy and I agree that it is going to help. Stronger spinal muscles help compensate for a weak spine.

To Sonrisa: The spine, especially the lumbar spine (that is the lower back), carries a lot of the body weight and hence is a common site to degenerate, along with the knees-- these are what we call the weight-bearing joints. The fingers do not bear weight and when finger joints become inflammed it is usually of a different cause.

食左藥覺得痛一定要停服,因為d藥成份有某些人會有過大反應,一星期內無再繼續痛就無問題,如果痛楚持續一定要睇醫生...
游水係好好既運動,游多d都唔怕,因為水既浮力會令關節既壓力減低,對關節有益...
我地時時都叫d病人游水...
暫時千萬唔好睇跌打,因為怕佢地唔識d關節位置反而會按傷..
而家好多人都係腰骨痛,十個有八個都係,其實都幾普遍

首先謝謝以上各位的留言和建議,不過有 Glucosamine 成份的藥物我暫時都不會叫媽媽服用,始終她真的是吃了這個藥物之後出現持續劇痛 (跟據媽媽描述是吃了比沒有吃痛多十倍)。

不過以上各位好像都沒有病例是有關退化這一項的,因媽媽去醫院已照過 X 光片是有確定為退化而非急性發炎一類,後來媽媽也有光顧過正宗(據說有名氣)的按摩師,但同樣是越按越痛。

所以我猜太刺激性的治療不會有幫助,中醫的話如果是針灸的我會先問問她個人意見,還有請 Tram Tram 可否留下中醫的聯絡?

我因先天性毛病關節已退化, 久病成醫,希望我的知識幫到你喇
我本身長期有服有葡萄糖胺的,我覺得它是真的有幫助,但牌子是物理治療師推薦的,所以你媽的情況不知是否和該牌子的成份有關係。因我媽也試過在萬寧買一些補骨素服用,結果是完全沒有用,反而服用葡萄糖胺較有效。
而我見好多有關節退化的病人醫生都會轉介去做物理治療的,物理治療師會教一些動作以舒緩痛楚/保養,也會用一些儀器減痛。用暖水袋熱敷亦可,不過始終關節退化是正常生理變化,所以只能減輕痛楚及注重保養希望不要惡化。

My mum is having the problem of 膝頭關節退化, the doctor said nth can help much as those 軟骨組織 is gone and cannot be completely re-born.

We got the Voltaflex 軟膏 for her to massage everyday and seems a bit better. Also we "force" her to take some calcium supplement pills and Meiji Amino Collagen (canned powder, many OL also drink this for better skin, LOL!) daily. After half year, my mum said it seems getting better.

Maybe not very professional suggestion, but I believe these 關節退化 problems are not able to be avoided for everyone...

Anyways, hope your mum is getting better!

我做完尾龍骨椎間盤突出手術後都要長期食服他輕的,唔會越食越痛的。
我建議你帶媽媽去照一照磁力共振,睇下是否尾龍骨影響到神經線。
因為我手術前都試過最初重可以行得走得...做咗幾日物理治療後返而要用柺仗行...行得慢過公公婆婆呀!

Glucosamine係d俗稱保骨丸的藥物, 照道理隻藥唔會令到你媽咪愈食愈痛, 但由於藥物反應因人而異, 你可以請教家庭醫生, 有否需要轉介做物理治療, 而物理治療對你媽咪的情況有沒有幫助。
我自己細個的時候試過碌落樓梯, 整親尾龍骨, 之後唔可以坐太耐, 日日訓醒都會痛, 後來做了幾次針灸就咁多年來無再痛過了:D
