連筷子和牙籤也是很精巧的造型,這些都都是心機手功啊~
午市定食選擇也頗多,價錢從 HKD$150 起(非刺身類) 已有交易,算是中上價錢啦。
茶碗蒸做得出奇地好! 非常滑溜,材料也很豐富不欺場,好好吃。沒有拍照的還有麵豉湯,也做的很不錯。
還有一個水波蛋拌飯吃,光用想的也覺美味,魚生和白飯,加上滑溜的蛋白和蛋黃。
最後奉上甜品人人一樣的草莓雪糕,普普通通啦。
服務不俗,買單連加一 HKD$385,以此價錢,我也推薦太古坊的伊藤 Ito San (相關舊文)。嘿嘿,下一站我要試試 P 小姐常稱讚的 千里之月 還有 NOBU 啊~

驟眼看,三色丼和海鮮丼的海膽都好像不太新鮮,不過其他魚生真的很肥美

Kosyu's chef is in fact the former chef of Ito San (Ito San was formerly called Sodeyama (I think this is the surname of the chef of Kosyu))...
After the chef of Kosyu left Ito San, the food quality did fall for a long time until Ito San took over the place.
Still, I think the quality of food at Kosyu is far better than Ito San.
You should try the dinner section with Kosyu, the quality is even better (though the price is much higher than lunch)!
說得對日本菜要花些銀兩才可吃到好的.
